The sales market is driven by innovation. Many individuals have the old school belief that in the corporate world you work your way to the top by coming to work every day, make safe and well rounded choices, and that job security is possible by playing the standard and safe role. However, the corporate world has changed. This is especially true in the sales market. There is no longer an effective "safe" playing position. Taking risks is a must in the high consuming sales market.
As a management coach, you will probably come in contact with numerous individuals that hold a position that is in jeopardy in a sales market company.
